Water Conservation

Water Conservation is the need of the hour.

1. Every village has a natural canal which due to deposition of silt  over the period of years,  forms an  impermeable layer of soil that do not allow percolation of rain water in the earth .
2. under the Rain water recharging and conservation project , we got this impermeable  layer removed and built the innovative low cost check dams thus allowing percolation of water into the earth .
3. Under our water conservation project total 250 innovative check dams were built in more than 20 different villages with people participation in last five years. 100 more villages in pipeline for next two years.
4. More than 5000 million liters of water conserved and preserved having long term positive effect  for generation of more than ten-thousand families.
5. Thousands of trees are planted across the canal.
